I’m subscribed to Mark Suster’s Both Sides of the Table email newsletter. The other day his newsletter had an image of a video player which look something like this:
I noticed that the image showed a video player that was already buffered forĀ another 20-30% of the total video time. I think that’s a nice Call-to-Action (CTA) to get people to click on the image and watch your video. Also, I’m not sure if this was intentional of Mark but I tell myself, “That’s a nice-easy-hack to increase CTR (Click-Through-Rate) of videos promoted over email“.
